Boston 311 is a platform to better enable residents of Boston to report non-emergency issues to the City, such as graffiti and broken street lights, and access City services.  Boston 311 can be accessed anywhere within the City limits from both landlines and cell phones, and should only be used for non-emergencies.

Office of Neighborhood Services
ONS neighborhood coordinators and liaisons facilitate the delivery of services in collaboration with city departments and serve as a primary contact for constituents to communicate with the Mayor’s Office.  Hyde Park’ s neighborhood coordinator is Deynel Fonseca.

Boston Home Center
The Boston Home Center (BHC) provides first-time homebuyers with educational courses and financial assistance, and markets homes developed for income-eligible, first-time homebuyers. The BHC also assists homeowners with education and foreclosure prevention counseling, and encourages strong, stable neighborhoods by providing residents with financing and technical assistance to maintain and improve their homes.  BostonHomeCenter 

Renew Boston

This City initiative wants to help you weatherize now. Boston property owners, landlords, small condo associations, and renters who live in or own 1-4 unit buildings can sign up today to get a no-cost energy assessment, and may qualify for efficiency upgrades including insulation, air sealing, water saving devices and high-efficiency light bulbs.  ReNew Boston
