• Attractive Storefronts to bring in both customers and new business, 17 renovation projects underway now and generating over $32,000 in professional design and architectural services in Hyde Park this year.
  
  
• Targeted business recruitment and marketing to actively promote our Small Town In The City utilizing the economic master plan we developed with MIT's Dept. of Urban Studies and Planning and our web site.
  
  
• Landscaping and public art projects in the business district to enhance the pedestrian experience and keep the Square cleaner. HPMS has won a series of grants to fund these projects including one for new benches and flower containers.
